Paint shop pro is not one of my faves so I managed to do just some quick poor adjustements, I had to remove a guy that was there, you can check the original pic.
What I did? first i fixed the ilumination with some background lights and a levels layer, then I painted on black everything to the right except for the hand of the guy, I cloned over some of the scarf on top of the dude's hand, finnaly, I

Terminator Face Effect Vfx - SynthEyes, 3ds Max, Photoshop & After Effects
vfxworld.kilu.de This is a better version of my Terminator Eye Effect. I used SynthEyes 2008 Object tracking method to track the motion of my head. In After Effects I removed the features on my skin and composed all the VFX stuff as seen in the breakdown. 3ds Max was used to place objects.
