The SCDF will sound the Public Warning System (PWS) on 15 February 2011 next to 12:05pm to venerate Total Defence Day.
The Singapore Civil Defence Force (SCDF) will be sounding the ‘Important Message’ intimate through the islandwide group of Public Warning System (PWS) sirens, in support of Total Defence Day.These days is add up defence day of the week eve, not valentine's! Haha i heard the history of valentine's on FM93.3 this morning. And i idea it's pretty random and weird. Like why the year was chosen and stuff. And apparently a ballot got the end result with the purpose of, 50% of males aged 18-39 would take valentine's to break up. O.O frankly speaking i think that's really really really idiotic. It's almost like they're irritating to double up the impairment. Promote to it super operational. Mad really.
