Neville Austin was 15 months old when he was taken from his mother, Aboriginal and the distribution of the State created when they’re not shipping payments could pay in 1965.
Mr Austin, now 47, launched the first claim of stolen generation of victory in 2008, and on Friday you will receive an apology from the Government of Victoria and compensation.
His case will also be formally established in the Supreme Court on Friday.
Mr Austin will hold a press conference with his legal team in Melbourne in retrospect, but the terms of the settlement are confidential.
Mr Austin mother tried several times to recover from the preservation and to restore contact with him, but this did not happen until 1977, when Mr. Austin was 13.
Bruce Trevorrow was the first member of the stolen generation compensation by an Australian Court in 2007.
