After an opening collection in pole Laver Arena with the aim of made it seem all but some this single would function the other way, No. 3 Kim Clijsters rallied to defeat Li Na, 3-6 6-3 6-3, in the finals of the Australian Open 2011. Li is the basic Chinese player, male or female, to extent the finals of a Grand Slam event. She will not be the carry on, and she may well yet be the basic player to win a play-offs of this magnitude, but whilst Clijsters is having single of her night's, it's proven quite challenging in place of it to be everybody else's night. Kim Clijsters in conclusion won her basic Australian Open title and the fourth major of her career, wiping tears from her eyes similar to she beat Li Na 3-6, 6-3, 6-3 on Saturday.
The loss ended an outstanding run through the play-offs by Li, who became the basic Chinese player to extent a Grand Slam singles final.
