The two largest in Western Hillsborough County Youth Soccer clubs announced this week that it is the combination of creating United from Tampa. The former United Club of HC covered Hillsborough North while that RSL-South of the Florida-Hillsborough County covered. The merger leads to one of the largest in the State.
