Doctors Routinely Turn Away Kids On Medicaid – Disability Scoop

A colleague complained recently that the pediatricians that several insurers are no longer able to pay all medical services provided. Instead, insurers have a realistic budget for each patient, and you can earn by meeting certain quality goals.
