Of the Government of Qatar deportation to Libya of Eman al-Obeidi, who publicly accused Libyan soldiers of rape, is a violation of international law, Amnesty International said today.Eman al-Obeidi was deported by officials, on Thursday in Benghazi in eastern Libya, bastion of the opposition against the Colonel Muammar al-Gaddafi.“It is scandalous that Eman al-Obeidi again takes away against his will,” said Amnesty International.“She is a recognised refugee and this deportation is a serious breach of its international obligations Qatar”Share
