Sim Lian Group Limited is an investment company based in Singapore. The company operates in five segments: construction, property development, property investment, Holding and other investments.
Sim lianThe segment includes construction general contractors and construction contractors, general engineering, and sales of construction materials.
The real estate segment includes the development of residential and commercial projects. Investments in real estate includes the rental of a warehouse and factory and shop unit for rental income.
The investment holding segment includes investments in private equity subsidiaries. The other segment includes the sale of industrial and marine lubricants, maintenance and leasing of construction and industrial equipment and parts, and leasing, service and maintenance of cellular health.
