On Father’s Day, June 19, 2011, the processing of his father in a culinary feast at the Hyatt Hotel and Casino Manila.
Market Café is an area of international dishes such as jambalaya, honey garlic ribs to prepare Beef Wellington port glaze, roasted lamb crust with garlic, rosemary, lamb biriani, and a variety of tempura and sashimi, some of them.
A dessert station is filled with cakes, chocolate, cakes and ice cream.
All this for only Php 1,800 net per person including free flow of soft drinks and local beer.
