Singapore: residents living in the Woods could see more interest in their properties.

This is because (LTA) land transport authority a drive from which the future Thomson line (TSL) with a link to rapid transit system (RTS will have) proposed between Singapore and Johor Bahru will build.

An area near Republic Polytechnic is where the most Northern Terminus of the line of Thomson would be located.

Also there will be a change in the current North-South line station forests that had planned to conclude in 2018 for travellers to the Thomson line.

The Thomson line runs entirely underground forest across the Bay from the Marina Central business district. It will be the Ang Mo Kio, Sin Ming and Thomson areas before going through the city.

Director of Dennis Wee Group, Chris Koh, said it expects the prices of goods well near the railway station on the rise, particularly if the connectivity of RTS is complete.

“I won’t be surprised if prices by 5 to 10 percent easily rise.” I know from today people residing in JB trip to Singapore and I know that people in Singapore go totally to JB’s every weekend. “If you have a car you can regularly up and down”.

Also stressed is the location of the line from Thomson Depot, which is in Mandai.

The train station of 32 hectares will be the largest Singapore, up to 90 trains of the casing.

Construction starts next year end.
