We call on all countries to develop and implement, without delay, effective and fair policy to the causes and consequences of climate change on communities and ecosystems, including mountain glaciers and their catchment areas, we are aware that everything in the life of the House. For now, we are acting in the spirit of common but differentiated responsibility, our duty with each other and the management of a planet blessed with the gift of life.
