Special Light Effect-Photoshop

Special Light Effect Step 1

Create a new File by Ctrl-N, apply a layer on the background layer style. Add an overlay of gradient and pattern of overlap.



Special Light Effect Step 2

Here I have an icon that is located in a cool place, but can be whatever you want.



Special Light Effect Step 3

Select the ellipse tool (you) and create a way, as I did. After that apply a Gaussian Blur (filter > blur > Gaussian Blur) with radius of 30px.
